The ace cricketer’s unexpected transformation featuring long hair and streaks left the fans raving about his new look. This look left the fans reminiscing about Dhoni’s earlier days with long hair when he made his debut back in 2004.
While speaking at a promotional event, Dhoni reckoned that despite the difficulty in maintaining his recent hairstyle, he is retaining it because of the love he received from fans for sporting this very look. However, Dhoni said he has had the urge to trim it because of the effort that is needed in maintaining long hair.
“Maintaining this hairstyle is very difficult. Earlier, I used to get ready in 20 mins, now it takes 1 hour 10 minutes. I am doing it because fans are liking it, but someday I wake up and decide it’s enough, I’ll cut it down,” Dhoni said.
